A reddit user (/u/The_King_of_Okay) dug up two links pointing to Razer becoming an official partner with 3G United Kingdom and Three as a whole (3G is, confusingly, a subsidiary of Three), indicating that Razer is working hard to expand its smartphone brand.
Though you get more screen real estate with the iPhone 8, it is the smallest out of the bunch thanks to those reduced bezels which will equal a device possessing a smaller footprint.
Razer claims it worked to create a common look between its phone and existing laptops.
Razer's product lines are ever-expanding, and today the company added another category to its arsenal: smartphones.
"The mobile industry is quite mature and it might seem kind of insane to be just entering the market at this point in time", Lin said.
I only had a limited amount of time to test the device during my meeting with Razer, but I was impressed by the display and especially the sound as I messed around with it. That allowed them to offer a couple of new technologies for a smartphone that translates to 120 frames per second on the screen. The 5.72-inch LCD screen is designed for no lag or stuttering while producing clear and colorful images. While Google made a splash with its Pixel phone and is running ads for its Pixel 2, as of August, it had less than 1 percent of the market. That's also known as 2K resolution. It even comes protected with the Corning Gorilla Glass 3. These are placed in spots that are away from your fingers when you're in a typical gaming session in landscape mode. "This really comes in handy with gaming".
"You never get any tearing or jaggies", Lin said.
On the back, there are dual 12MP cameras (one at 2x zoom), while on the front there's an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The wide-angle lens features f/1.75 aperture, while the telephoto lens offers f/2.6 aperture. The Razer Phone boasts a few remarkable specs, including a 120 Hz UltraMotion screen, Dolby ATMOS and THX certified audio, Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with 8GB RAM, 12MP dual cameras and a 4,000 mAh battery for all-day power.
There is also 64GB of onboard storage that can be further expandable technically up to 2TB via a MicroSD card. There is a dongle included for the USB-C port, though. Another thing worth noting is that this is the first Android phone to take advantage of Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+, finally. Razer tapped its expertise in Razer Blade laptop engineering for its thermals. The phone isn't IP rated for water or dust resistance, so you can't be as cavalier with it as you could be with other flagship devices. Bluetooth 4.2 is available for those who prefer wireless earphones. It uses the Nougat 7.1.1 version of the Android operating system. So, yeah, no Android 8 Oreo at launch; it's coming after, though. As for dimensions, the smartphone measures 158x78x8mm and weighs in at 197 grams.

The United States-based company, which has its headquarters in both San Francisco and Singapore, launched the Razer Phone just a day after it announced its pricing for an initial public offering in Hong Kong.
Other specs have been pumped up with gaming in mind.
The phone features Razer Game Booster which optimizes it for gameplay.
The preorders are live now. Razer is also working with game developers on themes users can apply to their phones, because of course they are. Razer worked on the smartphone with Nextbit.
