"I don't really remember how dim the lights were, but I did have to eat my dinner", Constand said. "He made a pass at me".
"You called him on Valentine's Day", Agrusa said.
At one point, a juror had trouble reading the phone records that Agrusa projected on a courtroom screen, piping up to ask, "Is that an 8?"
"No", Constand fired back. "Mr. Cosby did that of his own volition".
Constand, 44, alleges that Cosby, 79, gave her pills and then sexually assaulted her in 2004 while she was incapacitated.
After giving chilling description about her physical encounter with the legendary comedian at his Philadelphian mansion in late January or early February of 2004, the former basketball player battled against the defence attorneys of the actor on Wednesday, June 7.
Constand disagreed with the attorney's suggestion that they were in bed together.
But when she left the witness stand Wednesday, after more than six hours of pointed defense grilling over two days, Constand had held firm.
Ms Constand said she told Cosby she was not interested.
"I could hear her", Gianna Constand said, "the fact that she screamed after the nightmares". "Morning, noon and night". Once she was "frozen", Cosby assaulted her with his fingers and groped her breasts, she said. "There was a nice mood.", Agrusa began, paraphrasing Constand's 2005 statement to police.
Later, in an attempt to establish a romantic past, Agrusa highlighted Constand's account of a fireside dinner at Cosby's home with brandy and wine, in which she told police he placed his hand on her thigh.
"He had never disclosed to me that he had affection for me", Constand added.
"Yes", replied Constand, though she said the bath salts were not from her but from a friend.
"And he said to me, he said, 'I apologize to Andrea and I apologize to you, mom, '" she said.
During breaks, the defendant - who maintains that he is legally blind - appeared upbeat and exchanged pleasantries with the aide accompanying him.
Referencing dozens of phone calls between Constand and a young woman, often before or after her meetings with Cosby, the defense also suggested that Constand may have been open to manipulation.
When told Andrea was talking about Cosby, Gianni said she erupted.
Constand also admitted she initially gave Canadian and Pennsylvania detectives the wrong date for when the alleged sexual assault occurred, saying it occurred in March and not January.
WHAT'S NEXT: With Constand off the witness stand, prosecutors will continue building their case.
Demonstrating Constand's awareness of Cosby's romantic interest would have little bearing on whether she gave consent during the interaction in question.
"I recalled as best I could", Constand said.
Andrea Constand's livid mother, Gianna, called Cosby in 2005 just after her daughter told her, "Mom, he drugged and raped me" the year before.
Pierro, who moved to D.C. a month ago from Peru, countered and said, "I don't think the jury makeup will play a huge role into it".
However, on a dramatic cross-examination, McMonagle highlighted various inconsistencies in Johnson's statements and, for numerous defense's questions, Johnson cited a lack of memory, despite the similarity in the questions that she had just answered for the prosecution.
